Ontario Energy Board (“OEB”) directive: Power will be restored at no charge to those residential customers currently disconnected for non-payment, for the period through April 30, 2017. Additionally, load limiters will also be removed at no charge to those customers affected. For those customers to be reconnected, we require a signed copy of the reconnection waiver.
