Electricity Price Plans

• Time-of-Use Pricing
  Electricity prices vary depending on the time of day electricity is used. Different rates apply during on-peak, mid-peak, and off-peak periods.   TOU price periods differ between summer (May 1 to October 31) and winter (November 1 to April 30), with the lowest rates in effect all day on weekends and holidays.
• Tiered Pricing
  With Tiered prices, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price. Once that limit (called a threshold) is exceeded, a higher price applies.   Residential thresholds are 600 kWh in summer (May 1 to October 31) and 1,000 kWh in winter (November 1 to April 30), while small business thresholds are 750 kWh year-round.
• Ultra-Low Overnight Pricing
  Under the ULO price plan, electricity prices vary by time of day, including a lower overnight rate. Different rates apply during the ultra-low overnight, on-peak, mid-peak, and off-peak periods.   The ULO price periods are the same in the summer as they are in the winter.
