Entry
No purchase is necessary, but to be entered into the Contest as a new e-Billing registrant, a customer must register for e-Billing at Sign Up | FortisONTARIO. Customers that are currently enrolled in e-Billing with Algoma Power Inc. will be automatically entered into the Contest for the one (1) grand prize of $500.
Draw
On the dates listed in the prize schedule above, Algoma Power Inc. will randomly draw valid entries. To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and return the properly executed release form within the specified time. Selected entrants will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail approximately the first week following each draw date.
Prizes
There is a total of ten (10) prizes available to be won as follows. The winning customers will have the prizes applied as a one-time credit to their customer account to offset their electricity charges.
- November 28, 2025: four (4) prizes × $100 (for new Paperless Billing registrants)
- December 12, 2025: three (3) prizes × $200 (for new Paperless Billing registrants)
- December 19, 2025: two (2) prizes × $300 (for new Paperless Billing registrants)
- January 2, 2026: one (1) prize × $500 (all Paperless Billing customers)
